Withdrawals Guide

Overview

Payzo allows you to withdraw your earnings in USDT (BEP20) on the Binance Smart Chain. Withdrawals are processed manually and take up to 3 business days.

How Withdrawals Work

1. Earn Money: Receive payments from customers (after platform fee deduction)
2. Accumulate Balance: Funds are added to your seller balance
3. Request Withdrawal: Submit a withdrawal request to your crypto wallet
4. Processing: We manually process your request within 3 days
5. Receive Crypto: Cryptocurrency is sent to your wallet address

Platform Fees

Platform fees are automatically deducted from each payment:

• Free Tier: 20% platform fee
• Pro Tier: 15% platform fee

Example:

• Customer pays: $100
• Platform fee (20%): $20
• Your balance: $80

Setting Up Withdrawals

Step 1: Add Your Crypto Address

1. Go to Dashboard > Settings
2. Scroll to Crypto Withdrawal Address
3. Enter your USDT (BEP20) address:
   • USDT Address: 0x742d35Cc6634C0532925a3b844Bc9e7595f0bEb
4. Click Save Address

Important:

• Double-check your address - cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• Must be a valid BEP20 address (starts with 0x)
• Use Binance Smart Chain network, NOT Ethereum or other networks

Step 2: Request a Withdrawal

1. Go to Dashboard > Withdrawals
2. Click "Request Withdrawal"
3. Fill in the form:
   • Amount: Minimum $10.00
   • Cryptocurrency: USDT (BEP20)
   • Address: Your configured USDT address
4. Click "Request Withdrawal"

Step 3: Wait for Processing

• Processing Time: Up to 3 business days
• Status: Check withdrawal status in your dashboard
• Notification: You'll receive an email when processed

Withdrawal Limits

Limit Type	Amount
Minimum Withdrawal	$10.00 USD
Maximum Withdrawal	Your available balance
Daily Limit	No limit (subject to available balance)

Withdrawal Status

Withdrawals go through these statuses:

Status	Description
pending	Request submitted, awaiting processing
processing	We're preparing your crypto transfer
completed	Cryptocurrency sent to your wallet

Viewing Your Balance

Your current balance is displayed in the Dashboard and Balance page.

Balance Calculation:

Balance = Total Earnings - Platform Fees - Withdrawals

Example:

• Total received from customers: $1,000
• Platform fee (20%): -$200
• Previous withdrawals: -$500
• Current Balance: $300

Transaction History

View all balance changes in Dashboard > Balance:

• Payment Received: +$80 (after 20% fee)
• Withdrawal: -$50
• Refund: -$80 (customer refunded)

Cryptocurrency Rates

Withdrawals are sent in USDT (Tether), a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US Dollar. You'll receive:

USDT Amount = USD Amount (minus network fee)

Example:

• Withdrawal: $500 USD
• You receive: ~499.50 USDT (after network fee)

Withdrawal Fees

Payzo does not charge withdrawal fees.

However, blockchain network fees apply:

• BEP20 Network: ~$0.50 USDT network fee (deducted from your withdrawal)

Important Notes

Irreversible Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed. Always double-check your wallet address.

Security

• Use a hardware wallet for large amounts
• Never share your private keys
• Enable 2FA on your crypto wallet

Confirmation

You'll receive an email when:

• Withdrawal request is submitted
• Withdrawal is being processed
• Cryptocurrency has been sent

Processing Time

• Business Days: Monday - Friday
• Excluded: Weekends and holidays
• Average Time: 1-2 business days
• Maximum: 3 business days

Note: Only BEP20 network is supported. Do NOT use Ethereum (ERC-20) or Tron (TRC-20) addresses.

Troubleshooting

"Minimum withdrawal is $10.00"

Solution: Wait until your balance reaches at least $10.00.

"Please add a crypto address in Settings first"

Solution: Go to Dashboard > Settings and add your USDT (BEP20) address.

FAQs

How long do withdrawals take?

Up to 3 business days for manual processing.

Is there a fee?

No Payzo fee, but blockchain network fees apply (very small).

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Contact support immediately if you need to cancel a pending withdrawal.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Contact support IMMEDIATELY. Once processed, transactions are irreversible.

Can I withdraw to an exchange?

We recommend using a personal wallet instead of exchange deposit addresses for security.
